Welcome to Annan School. We strive to create an inspiring and engaging environment in which everyone can develop as confident, thoughtful learners who are happy, love school and make outstanding progress.
The journey
Learning is for life and we want children to enjoy their Annan experience to the full, from the early first steps in kindergarten, right up to emerging at the end of juniors ready to take on new challenges with enthusiasm and determination.
Kindergarten
2-4 YEARS
Kindergarten is a fun and lively place, where our experienced and caring staff encourage children to develop their natural curiosity, follow their interests and develop a love of learning in a homely environment.
Infants
4-7 YEARS
Children enjoy a rich learning experience which is full of exciting activities, gardening, cooking and using their own dedicated infant garden. They learn to take risks, and challenge their thinking.

“There is a real sense of respect and care for each other because of the ethos of the school. Pupils develop strong social awareness, a sense of belonging, a positive self-image and mutual respect, in an environment where they feel confident, cared for and have the freedom to enjoy learning.”
